We recommend alcohol testing strips be used with all drug tests. Drug tests do not test for alcohol which is why alcohol test strips are needed. Many kids and teens use alcohol and drugs simultaneously—a lethal combination. Or, they trade off and use either alcohol or drugs, whichever is most easily available at the point in time they want to use.
