Rapid Saliva Alcohol Test Alco-Screen® 02 is a highly sensitive, cost effective way to detect the presence of alcohol in saliva, and the approximation of relative blood alcohol concentration (BAC). The concentration of alcohol in saliva is very close to that in the blood, therefore saliva is the preferred specimen for alcohol testing, allowing for greater detection sensitivity than breath testing methods. Alco-Screen® is a simple, one-step, 2 minute test, and can be used any time, any place. Approved by the US Department of Transportation.
