General Information

• For confidentiality, our packages are labeled DTYK
• Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours.
• Orders received Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
• Express and overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

Shipping and Cost Options:

• Free USPS Ground Delivery Shipping on Orders over $25.00 in USA. Orders less than $25.00 are $5.00 per order USPS ground delivery which is our standard shipping method. Customers selecting standard ground delivery normally receive orders in 3 - 5 business days.  We cannot control the postal service. Deliveries have taken as long as 7 days, depending on location.

• Second Day Delivery: Second Day Federal Express delivery may be available for an additional charge in some locations.  Some locations will deliver on Saturday.  No Sunday deliveries are made.

• Overnight Delivery: Overnight Federal Express delivery may be available for an additional charge, depending on your location. In some locations Saturday Federal Express delivery is available. No Sunday deliveries are made.

• Weekend Deliveries: There is no Sunday Delivery Option. Weekend orders will be shipped on the Monday following the weekend each order was placed.
